Professional & Community Involvement

When she isn't working as an attorney, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben Stevens (also a highly respected family law attorney with Offit|Kurman in Spartanburg), their six children, four cats, and the youngest member of the family, a beautiful granddaughter. As a lifelong bibliophile, she is always sneaking time to curl up and read any book that catches her fancy.

Jenny and her husband, Ben, created their own “Brady Bunch” when they married almost 10 years ago, blending her three children and his three children. Between them, they have three sons and three daughters, and the word “step” is almost never used in their household. In 2017, Ben adopted Jenny’s two youngest children which means there aren’t many family court situations they haven’t experienced personally and professionally.

Jenny brings this vast experience of marriage, separation, divorce, re-marriage, co-parenting, custody modifications, and even adoption with her to the table each time she is appointed to a new family court case.
